Erron has always been active coming from a football background at academy level. From that he developed a love for running and now triathlons. Within the last 5yrs Erron has completed:

  • 10x 10km races
  • 2x Half Marathon races
  • 2x Sprint distance Triathlons
  • 1x Olympic distance Triathlon
  • 2x Ironman 70.3 Triathlons

The higher the intensity of the workout the better, he loves nothing more than to feel completely broken after a workout after pushing himself to the max. With such a keen interest in running and triathlons Erron has studied to become a conditioning and endurance specialist with many clients successfully completing London Marathons, Half Marathons, 10 & 5k’s as well as Olympic & Ironman distance Triathlons. Using weight training and specific running conditioning training not only can clients perform better but they will most definitely look better too.

Training method

Erron is a tough trainer who believes in pushing and motivating clients to go beyond their perceived barriers in order to achieve what they may never have thought possible. In the last 6yrs of Errons Personal Training career he has guided through many clients to some amazing transformations.

  1. I understand that all services from STONEiMAGE management operate on a pre-pay basis and all sessions must be paid in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  2. I understand that I must contact my trainer/therapist directly to cancel or change booked sessions. I understand that if i need to cancel or re-schedule my session I will need to contact my trainer/therapist within 24hrs of our session. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice will incur full charge.
  3. I understand all sessions will last one hour unless otherwise stated and will start and finish on time. I also understand that my trainer/therapist may not be able to provide a full hour if I am late to a session. However, if my trainer/therapist is late for a session I will still receive the full session or have the outstanding time added to another session. I understand the results of any training programme cannot be guaranteed and my progress depends on my efforts and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. In particular I acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by the trainer/therapist.
  4. I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise if I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme I acknowledge that the company is not responsible , except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or intentional act of my trainer/therapist.
  5. I certify that my answers to the questions outlined on the pre-activity questionnaire form are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform my trainer/therapist of any conditions or changes in my health, now and ongoing, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
  6. I understand that in the unlikely event of my trainer/therapist being unable to continue my training I can have a full refund from my trainer/therapist for any unfulfilled sessions.
